Ken O’Flaherty

Ken
  • Ken began his career in Proctor & Gamble’s pharmaceutical division and since that time has focused on marketing and upstream planning in the pharmaceutical and medical device industries.
  • He been a Marketing Director in various capacities since 2001 at UCB Pharma, Serono Biotech, and Stryker, while leading partnerships with Aventis and Pfizer. In addition, Ken has managed Market Research functions for over 8 years at 2 organizations and managed Project Management for 2 years.
  • He has had P&L responsibility for numerous product launches covering both primary care and specialty markets, including endocrinology, neurology, immunology, allergy, and orthopedics. He has experience in professional promotion as well as Direct to Patient (DTP), payer marketing, and Direct to Consumer (DTC) campaigns. He has provided commercial guidance to clinical development in a number of product franchises and technology platforms, as well as led Business Development activities for Stryker’s Biotech division.
  • Ken also has experience in oncology, respiratory, women’s health, bone metabolism, endocrinology, infectious disease, neurology, CNS, psychiatry, orthopedics, immunology, soft tissue repair, wound care, oral health, and regenerative medicine. Ken has a BA from English Yale University and an MBA from the University of Michigan.

Adele Uglialoro, MD

MEDICAL DIRECTOR
Adele
  • Dr. Uglialoro is a board certified Internist who has practiced medicine since 2004. She has spent the majority of this time as a Hospitalist in care systems in Boston and New Jersey, and she currently leads care for Summit Medical Group’s new high risk clinic.
  • Adele has served as Chief of Medicine for Caritas Norwood Hospital, where she also led the planning for their innovative Lifebox program, since adopted by several other systems. She has also served as a Hospitalist at Lahey Clinic and at Saint Barnabas Hospital, where she taught medical residents in addition to her care duties.
  • Prior to attending medical school, Adele was a bench chemist for Dana Farber in Boston, where she published several papers on TNF-aphla regulation.
  • Adele holds a BA in Chemistry from Wesleyan University and an MD from University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey. She completed her residency at Saint Vincent’s Hospital in Greenwich Village, where she provided critical care following the 9/11 attacks.
